- Dungeons & Dragons: Marcy's favorite tabletop game, Creatues and Caverns, is based on the fantasy role-playing board game.
- Nintendo Switch: in the flashback, Marcy is seen playing on a console in similar style to the Nintendo Switch.
- Dragon Quest 2: The cover of Marcy's favorite video game, Vagabondia Chronicles, is reminiscent of the Japanese cover of the second game in the Dragon Quest series, created by Enix (now Square-Enix).
