Pain Peppers are extremely hot peppers cultivated and stocked by Hop Pop. According to Sprig they are "so hot they make you wish you were dead." They are first seen in the episode "Best Fronds".

They look similar to Red Habanero peppers. When in storage, they sit in a red, bubbling liquid. Scattered across the wrinkly surface are small "warts." Their stalks are short and dull green.
