Tuti is a character in Amphibia. She is the owner of the Spa.
Background
In "Girl Time", when Tuti finishes giving Anne a massage, she is payed with fake Hop Pop IOUs. She sees that something is not right with the IOUs. Just then, Sheriff Buck Leatherleaf arrives with a group to hunt Anne and The Plantar Family for swindlers. Tuti realizes that she has been swindled too, and decides to join the group and lead them to Anne and the Plantars. After Polly wins the spitting contest and receives the gold trophy, everyone including Tuti is paid and Anne's debt is forgiven.
